About Us
The NH Grizzlies, the oldest NH AAU Baseball organization of 11 years, is based in Litchfield NH. Our mission is to provide the BEST instruction to dedicated baseball players so they can play at their highest level. This begins with the young player between the ages of 9-12 offering highly effective camps & clinics. Beginning at the age of 10, we are introducing them to a higher venue to supplement their recreational baseball season where as at age 13, players are now competing for spots on their school teams which play on a 90' diamond in NH. This is where the Grizzlies' baseball program can help the serious ballplayer by providing coaches who can help to develop the tools necessary to succeed at the higher level.
By being an independent organization, we can expose each team to larger tournament venues with affiliations outside NH (AAYBA in St. Louis MO, Triple Crown Tournaments in MA, CT, NY and SC; ECTB in PA and MA, Berkshire Baseball in PA, Barrett-Fletcher Baseball in SC and Baseball Heaven in NY). This gives them a broader spectrum of talented players to compete against which they would not see by playing locally year after year. Competing in such events gives our players an advantage when competing for high school teams and in showcases for college scholarships where the talent pool is increased for the limited number of roster spots as they are more comfortable because they have learned a routine of how to travel and prepare for competitive play.
After graduation from our team rosters at age 15, they continue individual training to improve and fine-tune their skills, address mechanics with hitting and pitching throughout their high school years.
