                                                  SCHEDULES
The Grizzlies adhere to the American Sports Medicine Institute belief that
throwing athletes, mainly pitchers should not play on 2 different baseball teams
during the same season at the same time.
The wear and tear on their arms leads to early and  sometimes serious arm
problems that could end their possible career prematurely.

13s and 14s: Our playing season will consist of games as DHs on one or both weekend dates. This includes scrimmage games a
nd multiple tournaments participation. See TEAM Page  for more detail info regarding season.
15s: Games will be on weekends with scrimmages and tournaments. Due to high school team participation, games will be
scheduled beginning in June. Tournaments will be  scheduled after school team season ends.
FEES
  >   U13s, U14s, U16s:  Membership fee includes complete uniform; AAU fees (membership, player insurance, AAU tournament,
charter and bond fees), umpire fees for all games, baseballs, field rentals, field insurance fees, indoor practices  at our private
facility and outdoor practices fees.
                                Tournament fees:
Each team will have a proposed tournament schedule that will be present presented to the
parents for acceptance. Each player will then be assessed a portion of the entry fee and manager's expenses. In 2010 t
hese fees ran approx. $400/500 per player.  Players are responsible for their personal expenses to attend including
transportation. housing, food, etc. This past season, teams attended tournaments in CT, NY, MA, SC and MO.
Fund-raising opportunities  are available to off-set these expenses.
